The bow tie is 100% cotton and has either velcro or adjustable closure. Infant and child bowties ONLY comes with velcro closure. Youth and adult bow ties have metal adjustable closure.

Infant (0 to 2T) : Bow size is 3 " * 2", neck sizes 10"-12"
Child (3T to 12 years) : Bow size is 4 " * 2", , neck sizes 12"-15"
Youth (13 to 19) : Bow size is 4.5 " * 2.5", neck sizes 10"-20"
Adult : Bow size is 5 " * 3", neck sizes 10"-20"
